Error Code 350

Error Code 350: JAM IN NOTE STACKER

Resolution: 

1. Inspect for and clear any jammed notes that are found in the note stacker.

2. Clean all sensors as needed.

3. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

4. Perform several Test Dispenses. If the error persists, it may be necessary to replace the note stacker or the CMC module.

Error Code 351

Error Code 351: MODULE NEEDS SERVICE

Resolution: 

1. Use the diagnostic functions or NMD test software to determine if a note feeder has a faulty or dirty sensor.

2. Remove each note feeder module from the dispensing mechanism and clean their associated empty, pressure, and exit sensors with clean compressed air. Install the note feeders and recheck their operation to determine if the error code has been cleared.

3. If the error code has been cleared, the ATM can be put back in service. If the error code is repeated, replace the note feeder or note feeder controller for the affected feed channel.
