Error Code 364

Error Code 364: DISPENSER DEVICE OFFLINE

Resolution: 

1. Verify that the communication cables are connected between the docking board and the security module and the dispensing mechanism. Verify that the DC power cable is connected between the power supply and the dispensing mechanism.

2. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

3. Clear the terminal error code. Replace the dispenser if the error persists.

 

Error Code 363

Error Code 363: DISPENSER DEVICE NOT FOUND

Resolution: 

1. Verify that the communication cables are connected between the docking board and the security module and the dispensing mechanism. Verify that the DC power cable is connected between the power supply and the dispensing mechanism.

2. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

3. Clear the terminal error code. Replace the dispenser if the error persists.

Error Code 362

Error Code 362: DISPENSER DEVICE WRITE ERROR

Resolution: 

1. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

2. Clear the terminal error code. Replace the dispenser if the error persists.

Result: To show that the card was not carried to the specific location after specified number of trial for specified time during execution of RETRIEVE command
