Result: Notes are detected on tray before dispensing

Resolution: Remove notes on CS2 sensor2. Clean CS2

This error occurs at NS7 sensor dark in initializing process or initial prparation staus of dispense process.

How to fix the problem:

1. Remove the reamaining note or dusts around the gate solenoid assembly

2.Check if NS7 sensor bracketis bent

3. Check if NS7 sensor cable and connector is not connected

4. Replace NS7 sensor when NS7 sensor is abnormal by testing sensor poll

Error Code 2001000

Error Code: 2001000

Result: Receipt paper jam

Resolution: Remove any jammed paper from the printer.
