Error Code 3001100

Error Code: 3001100

Result: To show that status signal for Shutter open is not received while shutter is open

Error Code 327

Error Code 327: SHUTTER FAILURE

Resolution: 

1. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

2. Reset the error. If the response to the reset command indicates successful execution, operation may be resumed.

3. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to replace the external shutter assembly or the CMC module.

 

Error Code 326

Error Code 326: NOTE FEED SENSOR FAILURE

Resolution: 

1. Make sure there are not any documents jammed at any of the note feeder exit sensors.

2. Check the calibration value for the pressure, empty, and exit sensors. If any sensor is out of its calibration limits, clean all of the sensors and attempt to do a transaction.

3. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

4. Clear the error.

5. Complete several test dispenses. If the error code recurs, replace the note feeder module.
