Error Code 233

Error Code 233: SMART CARD READER NOT INSTALLED

Resolution: 

Make sure that the card reader cable is securely connected at the docking board and the card reader. Verify that the card reader is a smart card reader. Replace the smart card reader if the error persists.



Error Code 3002900

Error Code: 3002900

Result: To show that the discordance of write data has happened in write verify

Error Code 231

Error Code 231: WARNING: CARD LEFT IN CARD READER

Resolution: Inspect the card reader for blockage. Clear any debris from the card reader. Reset the error. If the error persists, replace the card reader.

Error Code 211

Error Code 211: REPLAY FROM DISPENSER MECHANISM IS INVALID

Resolution: 

1. Check all cable connections to the dispenser mechanism.

2. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.

3. If the error persists, replace the dispenser mechanism.
