Error Code 210
Error Code 210: DISPENSER TYPE UNKNOWN
Resolution:
1. Inspect the power and communication cables between the docking board and the dispensing mechanism. Make sure they are not damaged and that the connectors are securely attached at both ends of the cable.
2. Power down the ATM in the proper sequence. From the Main Menu screen, select System Parameters (5) followed by Shut Down the Terminal (4). When the indication that it is safe to turn off the terminal is displayed on the screen push the Power ON/OFF switch to the OFF position. After about ten seconds, push the Power ON/OFF switch to the ON position to start the terminal.
3. Clear the error. If the error persists, reload software on the main board assembly. If the error continues to persist, replace the dispensing mechanism.
