Error Code D0012

Result: AMOUNT TOO LARGE 

(The ATM is working properly.  The customer needs to choose a smaller amount or invalid transaction occurred.)

Solution:

The ATM is working properly.  The customer needs to choose a different transaction type because their bank does not support the transaction type they chose.

Error Code D0002

Error Code D0002

Result: REVERSAL TRANSACTION FAILURE

(Cancellation of the transaction due to an error having occurred while notes were dispensed was notified to the host;however, the host did not receive this notification.)

Solution:

1. Check the Cash Dispenser Unit error and the number of notes normally dispensed.

2. Contact the host, and manually reverse.

3. Perform a unit test on the Cash Dispenser Unit to see if there is any error.

OR

 The host declined the transaction because of unauthorized usage.

Result: PIN ERROR

Solution:

The ATM is working properly. The customer needs to enter the correct PIN.

Result: INVALID PIN

Solution:

The ATM is working properly.  The customer needs to enter the correct PIN.
